Reconstitution Steps
- Draw 1.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake).
- Label with reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F), protected from light.
Thymosin Alpha-1 (10mg) Dosage Guide
After reconstituting this 10mg vial with 1ml of Bacteriostatic Water, the concentration is 10mg/ml (100mcg per unit). Using a standard U-100 insulin syringe:
- Maintenance Dosage (1.5mg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
Ideal for: General immune maintenance and seasonal wellness.
- The Sweet Spot (3mg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.
Ideal for: Standard protocol for active recovery or chronic inflammatory support.
- Advanced “Blast” Dosage (5mg): Draw to the 50-unit mark.
Ideal for: Intensive immune support during periods of extreme stress or travel.
Protocol & Cycle Length
- Frequency: Administer twice a week (e.g., Monday and Thursday).
- Cycle Length: Typically run for 4 to 6 weeks.
- Expert Tip: Tα1 is best used in “cycles” to reset immune function rather than as a permanent daily supplement.
Administration Tips
- Injection Site Sensitivity: Because Thymosin Alpha-1 is an active immune signal, you may notice a small, itchy red bump at the injection site.
Expert Tip: This is a localized immune activation, not an allergy. To minimize this, let the syringe reach room temperature for 5 minutes before injecting and rotate your sites (abdomen, thighs, glutes) regularly.
