Reconstitution Steps
- Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Wipe top of Peptide and Bacteriostactic Water with alcohol to disinfect.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).
DSIP (5mg) Dosage Guide
After reconstituting this 5mg vial with 2ml of Bacteriostatic Water. Using this dilution, use the following marks on a standard U-100 insulin syringe:
- Low Dosage (100mcg): Draw to the 6-unit mark.
Ideal for: Subtle relaxation and correcting minor sleep disruptions.
- The Ideal Range (250mcg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
Ideal for: Promoting deep, restorative slow-wave sleep and managing high cortisol.
- High Dosage (500mcg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.
Ideal for: Advanced recovery protocols or addressing significant insomnia.
Protocol & Timing
- The “Pulse” Strategy: DSIP is most effective when used 2 to 3 times per week. Daily use can lead to a “diminishing return” as the brain adjusts to the signal. Using it every other day—or specifically on nights before high-stress days—keeps the effect potent.
- Optimal Timing: Administer 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
- Cycle Length: Can be used for 4 to 6 weeks to reset a broken sleep schedule, followed by a 2-week break.
Administration Tips
- The “Sleep Latency” Window: DSIP does not always make you feel “drowsy” immediately like a sleeping pill. Do not expect a “heavy head” within 10 minutes. DSIP works in the background to improve the quality of the sleep once you actually drift off. If you don’t feel sleepy, don’t re-dose; just follow your normal bedtime routine and let the peptide work its magic during the night.
- The “Morning After” Clarity: Because DSIP promotes natural sleep waves rather than sedation, you should not feel “hungover” in the morning. If you do feel groggy, it is usually a sign that you finally hit a deep “recovery debt” phase. Lower your dose by 2 units and ensure you are allowing for a full 7–8 hour sleep window.
- Synergy with GH Secretagogues: DSIP works exceptionally well with Ipamorelin. Taking DSIP alongside your nighttime Ipamorelin dose can enhance the growth hormone pulse, as the body releases the most GH during the Delta-wave sleep that DSIP promotes.
