Reconstitution Steps
- Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Wipe top of Peptide and Bacteriostactic Water with alcohol to disinfect.
- Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F). Use the mixed solution within 60 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.
Usage: Dosage Guide (U-100 Insulin Syringe)
Once mixed with 3 ml of Bacteriostatic Water. To achieve your daily desired dosage, draw to the following marks on the syringe:
- 2 mg Dose: Draw to the 12-unit mark. Days 1-2 (Tolerance)
- 4 mg Dose: Draw to the 24-unit mark. Day 3+
- 6 mg Dose: Draw to the 36-unit mark. Maximum
Why Morning is Preferred:
- Metabolic Alignment: 5-Amino-1MQ works by inhibiting the NNMT enzyme to boost metabolism and cellular energy (NAD+ levels). Taking it in the morning aligns with your body’s active metabolic window.
- Energy Levels: Because it influences energy production, some users report a slight increase in alertness. Taking it early prevents any potential interference with sleep.
- Consistency: Like many metabolic regulators, it is most effective when blood levels remain stable, making a morning routine easy to maintain.
