PT - 141 / 10mg

1. Draw 1.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
2. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
3. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake).
4. Label with reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F), protected from light.

After reconstituting this 10mg vial with 1ml of Bacteriostatic Water, the concentration is 10mg/ml. Using this dilution, use the following marks on a standard U-100 insulin syringe:

• 0.5mg (Low Dose): Draw to the 5-unit mark.
• 1.0mg (Standard Dose): Draw to the 10-unit mark.
• 1.5mg (High Dose): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
• 2.0mg (Maximum Dose): Draw to the 20-unit mark.

Unlike fast-acting oral medications (AKA, The little blue pill) PT-141 works on a longer ramp-up cycle and requires some advance planning.

• The Window: Administer 4–6 hours before sexual activity. While some users report feeling effects sooner, peak performance typically occurs around the 6-hour mark and can persist for up to 24–48 hours.
• Frequency: Use as needed, but limit to 2–3 times per week to prevent receptor desensitization and avoid potential blood pressure elevation.

Managing the Nausea

The most common side effect of PT-141 is temporary nausea, typically hitting 30–60 minutes post-injection. Minimize it by taking an OTC anti-nausea medication or ginger supplement 30 minutes before your injection. Staying well-hydrated also helps the body process the peptide more smoothly.

The "Slow Load" for New Users

If you're sensitive to medications, start at 1mg (10 units). PT-141 works cumulatively in the brain — if 1mg doesn't produce results the first time, wait 48 hours and step up to 1.5mg. Don't double-dose on the same night if you're not feeling it immediately. It's a slow burner.

Blood Pressure Awareness

PT-141 can temporarily elevate blood pressure. Skip heavy stimulants and pre-workouts on days you plan to use it. If you have a history of high blood pressure, begin at the lowest possible dose and monitor your response carefully.
