Reconstitution Steps
- Remove the vial from refrigerator and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Wipe top of Peptide and Bacteriostactic Water with alcohol to disinfect.
- Draw 3.0 mL (3x1ml syringe) bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).
BPC-157 (20mg) Dosage Guide
After reconstituting this 20mg vial with 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water. Use the following marks on a standard U-100 insulin syringe:
- Low Dosage (250mcg): Draw to the 3.75-unit mark.
Ideal for: General wellness, preventative joint health, and mild gut support.
- The Ideal Spot (500mcg): Draw to the 7.5-unit mark.
Ideal for: The standard therapeutic dose for active injury repair and systemic inflammation.
- High Dosage (1mg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
Ideal for: Significant acute injuries, post-surgical recovery, or severe GI issues.
Protocol & Cycle Length
BPC-157 is extremely versatile and can be run for extended periods to ensure structural remodeling is complete.
- Frequency: Administer once daily.
- Cycle Length: A minimum of 6 to 8 weeks is recommended for minor issues. For chronic injuries or post-surgery, a 12 to 16-week cycle is the gold standard for full tissue remodeling or until needed.
- The Break: Take a 4-week break after a long cycle to assess the new structural integrity of the treated area.
Administration Tips
- Local vs. Systemic: While BPC-157 is systemic (it travels through the whole body), many athletes swear by injecting as close to the injury site as possible for localized orthopedic issues. For gut issues, a standard Sub-Q injection in the abdomen is best.
- Hydration for Remodeling: Tissue repair is a water-intensive process. If you are using BPC-157 for joint repair, increase your water intake. Without proper hydration, the “collagen scaffolding” the peptide is trying to build will be brittle and less effective.
