Retatrutide / 40mg

1. Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
2. Draw 3.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
3. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
4. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
5. Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

Retatrutide 40mg vial is best for higher dosages or for sharing at lower dosages. After reconstituting your 40mg vial with 3.0 ml follow this dosage guide for best results. Retatrutide is a once per week injection, in the morning on the same day, every week (example: every Sun in the morning). Start low to minimize GI side effects (nausea, diarrhea). If side effects are felt maintain same dose for following week, then titrate up week after. When desired body composition is achieved, go to a maintenance dose of 500 mcg per week, to maintain the health benefits.

Week 1 - 1 mg / 7.5 units on a 1ml syringe. 

Week 2 - 2 mg / 15 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 3 - 2.5 mg / 18.75 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 4 - 3 mg / 22.5 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 5 - 3.5 mg / 26.25 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 6 - 4 mg / 30 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 7 - 4.5 mg / 33.75 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 8 - 5 mg / 37.5 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 9 - 5.5 mg / 41.25 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 10 - 6 mg / 45 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 11 - 6.5 mg / 48.75 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 12 - 7 mg / 52.5 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 13 - 7.5 mg / 56.25 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Week 14+ - 8 mg / 60 units on a 1ml syringe. (tolerance determined)

Titrating up .5 mg in the following weeks up to a maximum of 90 units 1.2 ml, maintain at that level if tolerated.
