Reconstitution Steps
- Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Draw 3.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
- Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).
Epitalon (50mg) Dosage Guide
After reconstituting this 50mg vial with 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water, the concentration is approximately 16.6mg/ml. Using a standard U-100 insulin syringe, use the following marks:
- Standard Dosage (5mg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.
Ideal for: The standard longevity “loading” protocol.
- Maximum Dosage (10mg): Draw to the 60-unit mark.
Ideal for: Intensive “Biological Reset” protocols.
Protocol & Cycle Length
Epitalon is not meant to be run year-round. It is designed for short, intensive “resets” that have long-lasting effects.
- The “Standard” Cycle: Administer 5mg to 10mg daily for 10 to 20 days.
- Frequency: Perform this cycle 2-3x a year (every 4-6 months).
- Expert Tip: In the longevity community, this is known as the “Khvinson Protocol.” These short bursts are enough to trigger telomere elongation that lasts for months, making a daily year-round dose unnecessary.
- 30–60 minutes before bed
Melatonin Surge
One of the first changes you may notice is a shift in your sleep patterns. Epitalon supports your body's natural melatonin production, which can cause you to feel ready for sleep earlier than usual. If you currently take melatonin supplements, consider reducing your dose during your Epitalon cycle to prevent morning grogginess.
Immune System Activation
Epitalon is known for its role in supporting thymus gland function, which plays a central role in immune regulation. Around day five of your cycle, you may begin to notice a sense of clean, steady energy alongside a reduction in general inflammation. This is your immune system responding — a sign that the thymus is ramping up T-cell production and strengthening your body's natural defenses.
