AOD - 9604 / 5mg

1. Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
2. Draw 3.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
3. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
4. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
5. Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

AOD-9604 must be taken on a completely empty stomach to be effective.

• Morning (Preferred): Inject first thing in the morning. Wait at least 30–60 minutes before consuming any calories.
• Pre-Cardio: Highly effective when used before fasted morning cardio to maximize the burning of mobilized fat.

For a 5mg vial, reconstituting with 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water is the standard. This provides a concentration of 1.66mg/ml, making it easy to measure precise doses.

• Starter Dosage (250mcg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.

AOD-9604 is notoriously hydrophobic (water-hating). If the water hits the powder too fast, it can turn into an unusable, “clotted” gel.

• The “Slow Drip” Technique: Angle the vial at 45 degrees and let the 3ml of water trickle down the side of the glass. Never spray the water directly onto the powder.
• The “Patience Protocol”: Once the water is in, do not shake. Let the vial sit undisturbed for 10–15 minutes to hydrate naturally.
• The “Palm Roll”: If particles remain, roll the vial gently between your palms. Hand warmth helps lower surface tension and break up stubborn clusters.
• Troubleshooting the “Jelly”: If the solution begins to thicken or “clot,” place it in the back of the fridge for 12–24 hours. A slow, cold soak is the most effective way to clear the solution without damaging the peptide.
