AOD - 9604 / 5mg

1. Remove the vial from refrigerator storage and allow to equilibrate to room temperature for 2 hours. This process is very important, Peptide can not be cold at all it has to be room temp as well as Bac water.
2. Wipe top of Peptide and Bacteriostatic Water with alcohol to disinfect.
3. Draw 3.0 ml (300 units total) Bacteriostatic Water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add Bacteriostatic Water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
4. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
5. Gently roll until dissolved approximately 15 min—solution should be clear (do not shake).
6. Add the remaining 2mL of Bacteriostatic Water and roll in your palms.
7. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

• AOD-9604 must be taken on a completely empty stomach to be effective.
• Morning (Preferred): Inject first thing in the morning. Wait at least 30–60 minutes before consuming any calories.
• Pre-Cardio: Highly effective when used before fasted morning cardio to maximize the burning of mobilized fat.

• Frequency: Daily injection
• Starter Dosage (250mcg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
  Ideal for: Assessing sensitivity and baseline metabolic support.
• The Ideal Spot (500mcg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.

AOD-9604 is notoriously hydrophobic (water-hating). If the water hits the powder too fast, it can turn into an unusable, “clotted” gel.

• Allow vial to warm up to room tempature, the longer the better, it is very important.
• The “Slow Drip” Technique: Angle the vial at 45 degrees and let the 1ml of water trickle down the side of the glass. Never spray the water directly onto the powder.
• The “Patience Protocol”: Once the water is in, do not shake. Roll in palm of hands for aproximately 15 min until dissolved, should be clear. Hand warmth helps lower surface tension and break up stubborn clusters. Add the other 2mL of water and roll.
• Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

• Frequency: Administer once daily.
• Optimal Timing: In the morning, on an empty stomach.
• The Fasting Rule: You must wait 30–60 minutes after injecting before eating.
