1. Remove the vial from freezer storage (−20 °C / −4 °F) and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
2. Draw 3.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
3. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
4. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
5. Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

After reconstituting this 10mg vial with 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water, use the following marks on a standard U-100 insulin syringe:

• Low Dosage (250mcg): Draw to the 7.5-unit mark.
  Ideal for: Beginners or those looking for a subtle mood and focus boost without over-stimulation.
• The Ideal Spot (500mcg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
  Ideal for: Maximum cognitive enhancement, clearing brain fog, and intense study or work sessions.
• High Dosage (1mg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.
  Ideal for: Acute recovery support or high-demand neurological tasks. Note: Some users may find this dose slightly over-stimulating if taken too late in the day.
