1. Remove the vial from refrigerator storage  and allow to equilibrate at room temperature for 2 hours
2. Wipe top of Peptide and Bacteriostactic Water with alcohol to disinfect.
3. Draw 3.0 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe. All our vials are vacuum sealed, so when inserting syringe to add bacterioststic water hold plunger so it does not shoot the water into the peptide or vial.
4. Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
5. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved—solution should be clear (do not shake).
6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

After reconstituting this 5mg vial with 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water,.  Using this dilution, use the following marks on a standard U-100 insulin syringe:

• Low Dosage (100mcg): Draw to the 6-unit mark.
• Ideal for: Maintaining a healthy immune baseline and gut flora support.

• The Ideal Spot (250mcg): Draw to the 15-unit mark.
• Ideal for: Standard protocol for addressing persistent infections or systemic inflammation.

• High Dosage (500mcg): Draw to the 30-unit mark.
• Ideal for: Intensive research targeting acute immune response or severe gut issues.

• The Logic: Provides a constant, steady concentration of the peptide in the bloodstream to prevent bacteria or fungi from recovering.
• Best For: Acute issues like a gut flare-up (SIBO/Leaky Gut), a stubborn infection, or active wound healing.
• Duration: Typically run for 14 to 30 days straight, then stop for 2-4 weeks.

• The Logic: Keeps the immune system “primed” and alert without overwhelming the body’s natural flora.
• Best For: General immune support during high-stress periods or for those with chronic low-level inflammation who want to stretch their supply.
• Duration: Can be run for longer periods, such as 6 to 8 weeks then break for 2-4 weeks.

• Start Low, Go Slow: It is highly recommended to start at the 100mcg (6 units) dose for the first week. This allows you to monitor for any “Herxheimer” reactions (a temporary detox-like feeling as pathogens are cleared) then titrate up slowly as tollerated to find your personal “sweet spot” for comfort.
